1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of FYH Tokens ("Tokens") through the FYH Token Sale ("Sale"). By participating in the Sale, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to participate in the Sale. By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Purchase and Payment
Tokens are sold for BNB at the rate specified on the Sale website. You agree to pay the amount of BNB as indicated during the purchase process. All transactions are final. Once you have completed your purchase, you will not be able to reverse or cancel your transaction.
4. Token Distribution
Tokens will be distributed to the wallet address you provide during the purchase process. Distribution will occur within minutes after the conclusion of the Sale.
5. No Investment Advice
The Tokens are not intended to represent securities or financial instruments. This Sale does not constitute financial advice, and you should consult with your financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
6. Risks
You acknowledge that purchasing Tokens involves significant risks, including the potential loss of your entire investment. You should carefully assess your risk tolerance and financial situation before participating in the Sale.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers of the FYH Token Sale shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your participation in the Sale.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Sale website, and your continued participation will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country you make the purchases.
